This is probably covered already but I was watching the final episode of season 2 and the way the visions are laid out in front of us its very obvious how her story will end.
We see her in the throne room with the ceiling destroyed, ash/snow falling from the roof.
This is after she has taken kings landing. I think Cercei has blown it up with wildfire and not the dragons.
We see her about to touch the throne but she hears the sound of her dragons calling for her and leaves the throne and ends up at the wall.
This is her leaving the throne to fight against the White Walkers. I think she will actually leave someone else in charge for her to fight against the whites. Maybe the main reason she does so is because one of her dragons has been turned into an ice dragon.
Finally she sees a tent in the middle of the snow. She goes inside and it is suddenly sunny, Khal Drogo and her dead child are there.
To me this means she will die in battle against the White Walkers.
To me it's very obvious how her song will end and her song will truly be of fire and ice if you see it from start to finish.
Although maybe this prophecy isn't to be trusted. This is the obvious way the prophecy is told but knowing GRRM the prophecy may not be right.
