Has anyone ever taken a critical look at the walkingdead.wikia.com pages? It's pages are horrible. Entire episode plots are written on the Season page, and then again on the specific episode page. Character pages have every action of that character described in an episode-by-episode base and every interaction that character has had with another character is described in the "Relationships" header.
But the best/worst part of the entire wikia are the "Death & Killed Victims" headers. Yes it's useful info to know who got killed by the character, but the wikia also mentions the so called "Indirectly caused" cases. According to the wikia, Carl killed Dale in Season 2. If you remember right, Carl walked into a marsh and encountered a zombie stuck in the mud. He didn't kill it and later it got free and killed Dale. Carl didn't kill the zombie that killed Dale, so Carl killed Dale.... indirectly. Right, with that mindset we can go further. It was Hershel who put them in the field, so Hershel is also indirectly the cause of Dale's death. Dale was distracted by a dead cow, so that cow was also indirectly the cause of Dale's death. That cow was bought by Hershel from a farmer named Joe... So Joe is also indirectly the cause of Dale's death. Joe was a happy little accident when his parents made love to the music of Elvis. So Elvis is also indirectly responsible to Dale's death. Long story short, Adam and Eve killed Dale....indirectly.
Another thing is that nearly every character has killed "numerous counts of zombies", and although this is most likely considering the world they live in, it's mentioned on every character (except infants), even if it's never shown onscreen.
