Will Howard become season 4's antagonist?

In episode 3x02 Jimmy says "I will burn this house to the ground", so Howard will probably belive that Jimmy is guilty.

In my opinion, Howard will try to convience police that Jimmy burned Chuck's house, so he wouldn't have to pay him money (Chuck's money from HHM).

HMM will fail to blame Jimmy and will fall.
