Zombie horde headed to the ranch. They build a barrier and hide behind the RV's. huh?
How about everyone get in the pantry before the horde arrives and let them meander through camp? Then come out when they are clear.
You could have two guys on ATVs stay outside to make sure the horde keeps moving.
Sometimes the simplest solution is the best solution!
The characters make the worst decisions at times. Another example, let's do the water exchange at the trading post controlled by the psycho! What could possibly go wrong?
