I can't be the only one that's completely baffled by the revelation about the crossover. Either way you slice it, it just doesn't make sense for Morgan to cross paths with the Fear characters given the distance and the timeline differences. This has Scott Gimple written all over it. Originally the Fear showrunner and those in charge of production were adamant that there wouldn't be any crossovers. Now, since Gimple has taken over they've done a complete 180. The only way this works is if Morgan traveled all the way to Texas after parting with Rick and then back to Georgia shortly thereafter, which doesn't make sense. Or, they're going to do a 2 year time jump in Fear and Morgan will make his way West now, which is one of the dumbest things I can imagine them doing with this universe.
I think any hopes we had that Gimple would come in and let Fear continue to do its thing and shine have now been laid to rest. This isn't looking good for the show.
