Frank Darabont was the showrunner of The Walking Dead, it was later confirmed he was fired due to AMC's desire to reduce the budget, twice as many episodes for 20% less of a budget & his strained relationship with executives. He has filed a lawsuit against AMC, seeking more than $280 million.
