I dont feel bad for mikes death, heres why.

Look I KNOW and agree that Mike is a super loveable character. He comes off as a wise, been there done that grandpa figure (which in reality is what he is) but yeah, I'm sure we all love mikes character for the most part.

However I recently got into a debate with my dad how he was pissed at Walt for killing him and thought mike didn't deserve his death...

I can see where anyone saying this is coming from, but here's my.opinion on this, and take it for what it is, opinion...

We seem to forget Mike's JOB was killing people. Most of the time, other bad guys, but let's be honest, with the amount of time he's been in that job under Gus and doing assassin work, he's most likely killed his fair share of good people too, who his superiors made him kill for whatever given reason.

Mike IS a killer. He has ended so many lives and probably ruined so many lives of said people's family members etc. Mike, while loveable, is still a pretty bad person when it comes down to the facts of it all.

Now, onto the situation between him and Walter, yes, Walter didn't HAVE to kill mike because he could've gotten the names from Lydia, but I mean really? Mike knew his day off reckoning was coming, from.the moment Gus was killed. He was f*cked from.that day, as Gus was his protection, and without Gus mike couldn't have gotten away with so many murders.

Whatever you believe in, whether it be karma, luck, or nothing, morally I think we can all agree, mike was no saint, and definitely probably deserved his death, even if it didn't logically make sense for Walter to do so.

That's all I got though. Interested to hear anyone else's opinions.
