I believe he will be coming back, after a year of going to College to hone his acting. The "Suits" wouldn't let the poor lad buy a house close to the set just before letting him know he's not wanted. What we need to discuss is how they will turn this around? 1. Didn't actually see the bite take place - was only assumed 2. Hasn't turned yet 3. Mysterious helicopter 4. S8E1 Open lines "you kid is gonna die Rick" - seemed out of place to say that. Add to this 5. Chemical Drums everywhere in Saviour locations 6. Eugene saw that walkers could no longer climb stairs when under attack. So poured the chemicals out onto the Walkers. Thats the only way they could have got out. 7. Chemicals may be able to fend off the virus, which would save Karl.
Please add any theories you may have on how TWD can turn this around?
