[MAIN SPOILERS] In Episode 2 of Season 1 of the series Cersei, whilst refering to her own dead child and comparing him to Bran, called her kid a 'Bird without feathers'. Bran currently could be referred to as a 'Bird without feathers' since he is now the 'Three-eyed raven'.
