Seems to me Pinkman could have easily poisoned Fring in Crawlspace on their 6 mile walk back from Mexico. Especially since Fring indicated he would let White go. A long walk in the heat, after the Doctor told Fring to drink plenty of water, all Pinkman would have to do is tell Fring, who was moving slowly, to keep walking while he grabbed a smoke and then dosed a bottle. Looks like the writers let this slip by them and should have had them showed being drive by someone to the border crossing
