I'm rewatching season 7 and just got to the bit with Daryl/carl/Dwight and negans wives and I just couldn't figure out why they just didn't kill Negan then and there. There's been a bunch of other chances for people to kill Negan and I just can't figure out why they don't. Is there an in story reason I've forgotten? Or is it just for the stories sake.
