[EVERYTHING] What do you feel was the biggest 'Missed Opportunity' of the show so far?

I'll go with Jon Snow not bringing Ghost with him to meet Daenerys at Dragonstone. I get that it would have been far more complicated to film. Definitely more expensive. How awesome would it have been Ghost following Jon around? They could have limited it to the first beach scene and Ghost goes off to guard the Northman camp. The Dothraki reaction to Ghost would have been priceless. Maybe a few more scenes like after the Dragon Glass cave scene you could have had Daenerys glance over to the camp with Ghost staring back. Perhaps throw in a moment where a Dragon hovers above Ghost or some form of Direwolf/Dragon interaction. Lots of possibilities for that sequence.
