I mean he was just hitting on her, maybe it's a cultural thing I'm unaware of living in a different place but where I am, if a co worker tried to kiss another co worker and they said no, it would just be one of those situations where the co worker would be like "no thank you walter" then that would be it, is there some kind of code in the U.S I'm unaware of?
