If the humiliation of getting the group down on their knees, surrounded by armed thugs, and the threat of impending doom wasn’t enough, do you think the writers went too far with having two victims instead of one? And the thing with Rick, the RV, hacking off Carl’s forearm... it was a bit too overstated—unlike the comic, which was brutal and unexpected yet so simple and ... effective. Hell, I was waiting for Negan to end up pushing Rick’s shit in and calling it a day the way things were going.
