I hate Walter but also Understand him as well. 50% Hate, 50% Love
-
The more I think about Jesse, the more I hate Walter
-
Jesse Pinkman is prob one of, or the most tragic characters I’ve seen on screen. I don’t think I’ve sympathised with anyone so much.
-
Andrea getting shot in front of Jesse is up there as the most upsetting scene in the entire show for me.
-
Walter giving up Jesse hiding place was the peak of my hatred and desire for death of Walter.
-
Felt like Skylar was overreacting when she first found out and really got on my nerves with how she was always miserable, but I understood and she did a lot of help. I notice she is hated by most.
-
Gus was amazing.
-
Mike is the type of dude I want on my team. He’s a great character and real asset.
-
Worst thing Walter did was almost solely contribute to the tragedy that is Jesse.
-
I didn’t really care for Jane. Her death only really meant anything to me because of Jesse. I didn’t care for her character.
-
I was astonished when Skyler said she wanted his cancer to come back. That blew me away.
-
I found Season 5 to be very depressing and intense, I found it difficult to binge. I went through 1-4, then season 5 came and was really heavy. Not a bad thing, just a observation.
-
Walter is so insane that I believe if given a chance to start again from when he was diagnosed, he’d attempt to do it again.
-
Jesse > Walter (even though I 50% hate him) > Gus > Mike > Hank in that order for the most part.
-
I liked the kid, Walter Jr. usual the kid in a lot of shows are annoyingly naive, stubborn and get in the way. But he was a nice addition.
-
Walter died satisfied and tied up all loose ends, Jesse is free (not dead or in jail like I dreaded). So I’m satisfied with the ending.
Brilliant show, painfully suspenseful, incredibly heartbreaking moments, layered characters
Next in line of GOAT status shows: The Wire, then Game of Thrones!
