I had watched TWD up to around season 8 before and I am doing a rewatch of the whole series since the new season airs soon. The number one aspect I look at is how great of a character Tyrees really was. I am currently on the episode where he dies but it really shows his true character. While everyone else in the show is very open on killing other people to stay alive Tyreese is more passive and chooses rather to protect those who need to be protected. It’s a shame he died so early, but while he was in the show he was truly one of my newly found favorite characters.
