Same Radio Contact? throwback to S3

Like other people, I am currently re-watching the series and I just noticed something. In S3E06 Rick is talking with a woman on the phone and 2hours later with a man. I thought it was just a hallucination on my first watch but I recognized the women’s voice. She sounds 1 to 1 like the women Eugene is talking to on hilltop in S10E06 and later. A lot of the first contact lines are almost the same

Is it just me? Might this be the same group?
