Mike despised Walter and I've never seen that side of him yet in this show. There's people he obviously doesn't like..like Tuco and his posse, but damn. Mike would make it his mission almost in Breaking Bad to let Walter know just how much he couldn't stand him. He was even calmer when dealing with the 2 cops who killed his son.
His hatred for Walter is funny because I've haven't seen him show that level of hatred yet in BCS..at least not yet. Mike just had zero respect for Walter and it's completely understandable.
