Okay okay, before you guys come at me hear me out. I agree that season 8 was rushed and poorly executed but I am okay with the outcomes. Daenerys burning kings landing made sense but I feel that there wasn’t enough development to lead up to that. A key factor that foreshadowed that was her burning the people who wouldn’t pledge their loyalty to her, but that wasn’t enough. But, I still understood where they were going with on there and I like the outcome. Jamie not getting his redemption was honestly understandable, it’s not easy for someone to really change and he still loved cersei. Bran becoming king I would have been fine with, but there should’ve been small things hinting towards it. It doesn’t make sense for him to become king so suddenly. I loved the way this season was shot specifically episode 4 and 5 and the battles were truly epic. My main issue is that it felt like this season was compressed and I think if they elongated it they could address almost all the issues I had with the season. This is still a good ending in terms of the outcomes, I just wish it could’ve been executed better.
