Madison

There might be some spoilers here

Hi, I just finished season 3, I heard season 4 and 5 suck, but I still wanna watch the show. But my biggest problem is that I hate Madison ever since season 2, but I really wanna like her or at least be indifferent to her, so I'd like to ask you guys if you guys like her and if so why.

I'm gonna say why I don't like her, because I guess it's only fair.

• She killed Troy. This is kinda bittersweet, because now the character can't be ruined by the writers from season 4 and 5, but I really liked the character development he was getting and I wished for more. I didn't want him to become a hero or anything like that, but I liked the relationship between him and Nick and him and Madison

• She manipulated Troy, but it only made him more unstable. Don't get me wrong, I like/ don't mind manipulative characters, but they have to know what they are doing. Troy was really unstable and had a lot of insecurities, when Madison "played a motherly role" to him, only to make him more confused/ hurt, I felt like she was just putting everybody in danger

• She was a huge hypocrite. Like I said in the previous topic, she was putting people in danger, but said she was trying to save people. Did she do the right things sometimes? Yes, like trying to kill Jeremiah (even though she didn't do it, it was her intention), but she only had to do it because she made the militia go save Alicia and therefore killed a bunch of Indians, making Walker mad.

• She is a bad mother in the sense that she doesn't really care about what her kids feel, only the survival aspect. She killed Troy (Nick's only friend at the time), made Alicia go through a bunch of things and some other minor things that upset her children. She want to protect them, but doesn't want them to learn how to do it themselves, which is dangerous for her and them

I think those are my main points, but why do people like her? Am I interpreting her character or the show wrong or do I just like different types of personality and me and her just don't click? Sorry for the long post, I was procrastinating work lol. And English is not my first language, so I apologize for any mistakes
