I got the entire show spoiled to me

I somehow managed to spoil almost everything for myself. I just finished Season 5. I knew Shane and Lori were going to die because I googled something about Carl killing Dale and it just popped up there. Before even starting the show I knew a guy with no hand was gonna become a walker and after watching the third episode it just dawned on me it's actually Merle. I knew Hershel was gonna die, a machete pointed at his neck with the title "Hershel's death" got recommend to me on Youtube even though I never googled anything about the show other than the names of some of the actors. Then I wanted to know the actor behind Carl, and while googling the search bar automatically filled it with "TWD Carl's death". I learned that Andrea would die too somehow. And Tyreese. I googled something about the Governer, after he died and it told me that the last time he appears on screen is when Tyreese starts hallucinating after getting bit. Then I knew it would be over. Today I was going through the Breaking Bad subreddit, and some asshole wrote that Negan kills Abraham and Glenn. Simon's death too. And Gareth. I also know that at some point Rick leaves the show. I am not a smart man, but the fact that I got 75% of the show spoiled to me really baffles me. I still love it to bits, but I don't think there is anyone as dumb as me out here. I just hope the rest of the show is as good as the first 5 Seasons, because I had a blast watching them. Is there a way to prevent this happening in the future, because I don't want to have every single show spoiled to me. None of the deaths were a surprise but the show still keeps me on my toes and is very entertaining
