[EVERYTHING]I thought you guys might like my son's poem on Littlefinger. His English teacher gave him an A.

The Ladder

If you truly understand this very piece; If you know how to spot the little crease, If you shall not dare to love your only niece, If you’re willing to do away with peace, And you can deal with intolerable pains When all your dreams may fall and shatter, If your will is stronger than the toughest chains Then you are ready to climb the ladder:

If you can become the most heartless killer, But can also love with the softest soul If you’re able to keep those two sides apart, Then you can finally climb for your goal, If you have the courage to face the dry truth Of what in life is actually real, If you put small ambitions down with your youth, Then it's the chaos you're starting to feel:

If the chaos does not begin to sway you As it will cruelly do to many, If you can see the path in the hazy hue It is worth more than a golden penny, If you can defy belief of right from wrong, And you can feel love’s gift and shrug it off, If you have the gut to wave away God's song, Then in the chaos you will rise and scoff,

If you are very different from the rest: Believing in a self-building doctrine, If the top rung is your one and only quest Then chaos is the unequaled option, If you believe in the raw power of greed To get you a spot in that final hour, Then the ladder is all you will ever need, To achieve the only true goal: power.
