We understand that Rick was left alone and unattended for at least several days on his hospital bed. What happened to his urine and feces? Why wasn't he absolutely filthy and soaked in human waste by the time he woke up? I realize this is TV and some liberties have to be taken but I don't know it was the first thing I thought of upon watching the pilot.
