I was trying to remember some of the nutzo stuff that takes place in the books that they left out in the show adaptations. Honestly seems like they are at a premium, but one that stands out to me is:
The 1v1 between Biter and Brienne of Tarth. Dude was basically eating her face.
The way Ramsay is revealed in the books is pretty awesome too, though I am a fan of the way it was done by D&D also. Some of the Ramsay stuff in general is selective for this topic as well. Like locking that chick in the tower and she ended up eating her own finger tips.
What else am I missing?
