I say this because the last one, the summer games, was so, so bad. There prime time coverage was just so bad. They had ten tons of personal back stories on athletes we were supposed to care about, who had little to no chance most time. And for some reason, they showed so much beach volleyball...So, I am hoping they spin this around for this year.
Instead of talking and endless stories, show me all the bobsledding or all the down hill skiers, not just a few runs. And for the love of god, shut up about all the sob stories. And don't make curling the new beach volleyball. It is so sad that i have to turn to their other channels just to catch a glimpse of...you know, sports. I know they have limited time, but there is no reason to eat up three hours of a four hour program talking. Just introduce the country, show them go, next. I know the summer games in 2016 got horrid ratings and I am hoping that NBC Learned a good lesson.
