For me, I would say Bob because he was too damn happy & weird.
Also Hershel was a straight up dick when they were still on the farm. He didn't want them there and treated them like shit (although in hindsight he had a point). I didn't like him until after they left the farm.
Shane as well, he was a great character & it would have been nice to see him leave the group then end up as a totally ruthless Savior but his infatuation with Lori was ridiculous.
