I'm not sure on the best, but Jon and Will's bio dad Lonnie from Stranger Things is definitely the worst in my opinion. Asshole doesn't give a shit that his son was missing, and only when he thinks he can get a big payday by suing Hawkins Lab over Will's "death." It's an incredible feat for him to be the worst father figure in Stranger Things when Brenner repeatedly subjected his "daughter" to several inhumane experiments, but yeah. Who are your picks?
