I would like it to be open world and have many variations of weapons and ammunition to choose from. There could be hunger, thirst, and insomnia to deal with. Possible zombie and or human enemies spawn locations or times. There should be horde mechanics and people to recruit and places to reside or create/build up. Maybe some quests and side quests, making it almost like State of Decay or Fallout/TES Maybe even whisperer, savior, woodbury dlc.
