Ted Lasso is the only show on TV with real adults

To expound on my clickbaity title, I just finished Ted Lasso and it's one of my favorite TV shows in a while. One thing they get right that no other show does is realistic interpersonal conflict.

Basically, every single conflict that comes up between two characters is talked over and solved like adults in a relatively short amount of time.

SPOILER AHEAD

Even the big deception by Septa Unella that builds up over multiple episodes is instantly resolved. There aren't really any lasting misunderstandings except the one about trading Jamie (which is understandable as he didn't get a chance to talk with Ted), and everything else is moved on from relatively quickly.

Does anyone else love this style of TV and wish it was used more? It makes every other show that has arcs based on an unrealistic lack of communication between two main characters look cheap and silly.
