Most Interesting TV Pilots That Never Got Picked Up

Over the past week or so, I saw a couple of posts regarding shows that were canceled without airing an episode and backdoor pilots from existing shows that didn't get picked up. My question is what were the most interesting sounding pilots that got made, but didn't get picked up. The two of the top of my head are the How I met Your Mother maybe spin-off, but not really How I Met Your Dad starring Greta Gerwig from 2014 at CBS and Downwardly Mobile starring Roseanne Barr and John Goodman from 2012 at NBC which was a couple of years before they did they the Roseanne reboot.
