At the beginning of season 4 Jaime gets his awesome, iconic golden hand prosthetic. However, he can't use his golden hand to hold a sword and is much less good in a fight. So why didn't Jaime get a blade prosthetic to place on his stump so he could still fight with his right hand, rather than getting the purely cosmetic golden hand? When I was rewatching the show recently I got really bothered by this, anyone know the answer?
