Breaking Bad is such an influential show that Better Call Saul was spawned from it, creating more success for Vince Gilligan.
With a show about Jesse, I think Vince can do a lot with it.
The plot could take place after the events of Breaking Bad. Knowing Vince's writing style, he could add flashbacks and possibly flash forwards to make the show all the more ambiguous when it releases. The flashbacks that are added can give the viewers some insight to Jesse's upbringing and how he became who he was.
I can definitely see this happening in the future if Aaron Paul isn't busy. Hey, he could actually work with Vince again. If a show about Saul goodman can be made, I think there should be a show about Jesse Pinkman.
