[MAIN SPOILERS] What was House Tyrell's BIGGEST mistake or worst move in the Game?

Despite some who made the claim that the Tyrells (or at least Margaery and Olenna) were relatively good at playing the Game and socially adept or quite strong politically, just by looking at the plain results - the Tyrells appear to have been absolutely TERRIBLE at the Game.

They may have talked a good talk, but as of the end of Season 6, they make the Starks look like strategic prodigies. At the very least - they seemed to not understand the one simple fundamental concept that Cersei knew right from the beginning of Season 1 - When you play the game of Thrones, you win or you die - there is NO middle ground.

One failed marriage-alliance after another; Margaery just could not seem to keep a solid marriage in tact for very long. And if Olenna hadn't poisoned Joffrey, they would likely have at least been able to keep the Tyrell family lineage alive.

Olenna got completely owned by Tywin when her plans were snuffed out with one simple threat of naming Loras - the only heir to Highgarden, to the Kingsguard.

Loras got owned when Cersei decides to use him as bait to eventually get Margaery locked up.

Margaery got owned when Cersei predicted she would lie to protect her brother. She also pissed Cersei off in numerous occasions by calling her "Sister" or "Mother" in a teasing manner, which certainly didn't endear her to Cersei. Plus all that subtle compliance with the High Sparrow and pretending to be newly devout in order to team up to take on the Lannisters just seemed like terrible planning on Margery's part.

Olenna got owned again when she tried to threaten Cersei into releasing Loras by cutting off the grain and gold (which it appears she NEVER did throughout Season 5 and Season 6 despite both Loras and Margery being locked up for months), and Cersei flat-out no-sold her threat with a simple "House Lannister has no rivals", and a threat of her own - "do you really want to see the Seven Kingdoms slide back into warfare?". Obviously she's cut them off now since Cersei murdered her entire family, but during the time Margaery and Loras were alive and locked up, it didn't seem like Olenna actually did anything to back up her smack talk.

And all of them got owned in the end when Cersei decided she's had enough of being pushed into a corner, and decided to wipe the board clean.

So which misstep was House Tyrell's BIGGEST? What would you say was the main thing that caused their huge downfall?
