I am rereading the series (after reading and watching simultaneously years ago) on AFFC, and am I the only one who gets so annoyed by Cersei’s over inflated view of herself and her “cunning”? It is so much that I can’t stand it! She is always thinking about how she has outsmarted everyone in the room, when really she is just majorly screwing everything up and not really being all that clever. She is also always comparing herself to Tywin, where she doesn’t even hold a candle to Tywin’s cunning, rule, or command. He would not approve of basically any decision Cersei made after his death.
I also feel like everyone knows these things but doesn’t say anything because she is so hot headed, that she’d have Payne take their head off immediately. Rant over…Please someone change my mind about Jamie’s sweet sister.
