Thank you, Amazon Prime, for finally implementing the ‘Skip Intro’ and ‘Skip Recap’ buttons on television shows streaming on your service.

Obviously, Netflix did it a really long time ago. I’ve never really had a problem with intros because I’ve never really been a binge watcher until lately. But once becoming a binge watcher, intros are completely useless.

Ever since Amazon decided to save The Expanse, I’ve become a frequent viewer. Sneaky Pete and Patriot come to kind as some of the really good shows on the service.

Anyway, thanks :)

If Breaking Bad had 3 optional endings which would you prefer?

I've always liked the ending to Breaking Bad, it's not the best ending for me but it was a somewhat satisfying one. I was playing GTA V recently and liked the idea of a 3 ending scenario. I thought if Breaking Bad had 3 different ending scenarios it would be interesting how it would please the broad range of audiences. I've known many who hated the ending of Breaking Bad and preferred something else. If I had to make 3 separate endings:

Ending A: Hank & Jessie both live (Andrea & Gomez lives) They both beat Walt and put an end to his whole meth empire-

Ending B: Regular ending, Walt & Hank die and Jessie lives

Ending C: Somehow Walt & Hank make amends and live along with Jessie who teams up and joins them to tie up loose ends and finish the whole meth empire and put an end to everything. Walt lives peacefully for the small remainder of his life.

I have to say, I do like the idea of a different ending (Ending A) where both Hank & Jessie beat Walt but yet I am ok with Ending B and Ending C would be somewhat an interesting happy end of story alternative.

End of S1/Beginning of S2. "I know what stopped me, And you know what? its never stopping me again"

For starters, Mr.Kettleman would not of been able to repay the Treasury, and would of have to serve the full sentence. The family would of been torn apart, and suffer severe financial struggle after not being able to find gainful employment. The kids lives ruined forever. Future Generations of Kettlemans, what once were inheritance to a Country Treasurer, have now been forced into a life of Drug abuse and addiction. Remember that episode of BB, where Jesse goes into the Addicts home to recover the meth that was stolen from Skinny Pete? The one with the little kid inside? Those addicts were once Kettlemens..... All the while, Jimmy and Mike have vanished and are living on a tropical island.....Is it Mr.Kettlemens fault for embezzling the money in the first place? or Jimmy and Mikes for running off with it? or is that just how society works sometimes....

If AMC really wants to improve ratings for Fear...

AMC should replace every character with Morgan. Every week Morgan can struggle with Morgan to show him that all life is precious. Once or twice per season, Morgan will get in a fight with Morgan, and Morgan will die.

Just finished watching the whole series

I know I’m SUPER late to the game, but I have to say this. I’ve watched a lot of TV, but this show goes down as the best directed tv show of all time. The amount of subtle images and contrasts and foreshadowing in almost every shot is incredible. I find myself picking apart each part of a scene so see if the director meant to put something in it, or it is just coincidental and I’m thinking too much. Anyways, amazing show that I’d recommend to anyone.

I’m about to start Better Call Saul, I have high hopes for it.

A World of The Walking Dead- a potential future for the series

I think an interesting potential idea for the future would be to have a show that is multiple vignettes instead of following a group through a long story arc.

Each season might have 3-4 vignettes or even each episode could be a bottle episode. You could check in on different groups all over the world at different times throughout the ZA. How different people survive, if they become communities or stay small groups or individual survivalists, what they have to deal with, how they interact with other survivors, all sorts of crazy zombie kills, different weather & environments, what they call the zombies/walkers/biters/etc....

I started thinking about this after the John Dory FTWD bottle episode & then though about how much they already like to do so many bottle episodes. That way you aren’t anchored to a group & all their manufactured dramas. The show needs fresh ideas. Especially in a post Rick world.

Either way, hopefully season 9 is decent.

Just watches Season 2 Episode 8 "Fifi" and...

I loved the scene where Chuck goes to HHM to make sure he retains Mesa Verde as a client from Kim. I'm in public accounting and this whole "partner track" thing is pretty common in our field too, where pretty much the majority of the partner's job is to make sure to get clients for the firm.

My bosses have told me about how their pitches towards each client is different, but I just love how Chuck approached this meeting (or sales pitch) as "yea I'm a fucking genius so you should just stick with me".

I'm loving the show so far, just as I did for Breaking Bad and I'm gonna try my best to catch up for the Season 4 Premiere.

I feel like the biggest mistake AMC made was not having enough faith in season 3.

I think this whole reboot was long planned, and might have even been well received and more praised if season 3 wasn’t as awesome as it was. After the very lackluster reactions to seasons 1 and 2 I think AMC wanted a reboot and started planning it, then season 3 was amazing, which I don’t think anybody higher up really counted on. I say this as someone who has actually enjoyed season 4, including loving episodes 1, 3 and 5. It just seems AMC jumped the gun and went with the reboot idea too fast.

Why did they need to steal methylamine when they could have made it themselves?

Throughout the show they went through a whole lot of trouble to steal methylamine(from that warehouse, then from the train) but when Jesse goes to Mexico the Cartel's chemist is surprised that a cook can't make it from scratch and even says that a first year university student could make it. So Walt could have easily made it, right?

What's the explanation for them not making it from scratch? Was it not actually possible, or did the writers just decide that's too boring for a crime drama?

[SPOILERS] Theory on Jon Snow, Melisandre and Davos

I dont know if this has been brought up or not and if it has then I'm sorry for doing it again.

I was watching season 6 again and the scene where Jon is brought back to life I just couldn't get out of my head something that Thoros said back in season 3. When Melisandre asked Thoros how was able to resurrect Beric. He said that just just asked to have his friend back. He had lost all faith in the Lord of Light and he just sat down next to Beric dead body and asked him to bring back his friend. A few seconds late his friend was back.

When watching Melisandre trying to bring back Jon she didn't have the same conviction. She was not trying to bring back one of her friends. She was just trying to see what she could do. It didn't matter to her if Jon was dead. She had already given up on Jon. Saying that the Lord of the Light had lied to her. She had seen Jon in the last great battle and now he was dead. There was one person there that has no faith in the Lord of Light and he just wanted his friend back. He went begging to the woman he hates just to see if she could help. My Theory is that Davos is really the person that brought Jon back to life. When Melisandre was trying she looked like she had no hope or no will. She gave up and everyone left the room except Davos. Davos walks up to Jon's body and I think he prays to the Lord of the Light and asks him to bring back his friend. Just a few seconds later Jon wakes up. I think to be able to bring someone back they have to be someone that you really care for.

“He did it for himself, not for his family”

So, two days ago I finished the series for the very first time. Gotta say - it was incredible and I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. Of course, after I finished the first thing I did was get on Reddit to start looking at some of the analysis and thoughts people have on the show.

One thing that has stuck out to me is that most people seem to have interpreted the final speech to Skyler very differently than I did. It’s the speech where Walt admits to Skyler that he didn’t do it for the family, he did it all for himself.

So, it seems that most people have just taken him at face value when he said that. But that was never my impression. My impression was that, knowing that this was the last time he’d likely ever speak to Skyler, he told one last lie in the hopes that his family would forgive him someday. I truly do believe that he did it all for his family, and telling Skyler “I did it for me” was just the thing she needed to hear to plant the seed of forgiveness.

So, we already know that Walt has no qualms with lying to Skyler and we know that his ego is pretty massive. I think he hated the idea of his family all hating him for the rest of his life. In his mind, he was still the good guy at some level, although after Hank died I think he realized just how much he had crossed the line. And I think he hated the fact that his family didn’t see things his way because he didn’t want to be remembered this way.

So I think he lied to Skyler in that last scene. I think he told her “I did it for me” because that’s the only thing she wanted to hear. By planting that seed, I think he hoped that with time Skyler would forgive him, or at the very least she would be more sympathetic towards him. Feelings and tensions are at their peak during this conversation but ten years later once Skyler and everyone else have cooled off a bit, I can definitely see Skyler at least telling his children his side of the story. Skyler didn’t seem to have a problem with the illegal stuff beyond the fact that it put them all in danger, but she really didn’t like how Walt had lied to her so much. I think that by telling her what she perceived to be the truth at the end, he ends things with her on as good of a note as he could hope for. And at least in his mind, this might redeem him just a bit.

But anyway, like I said it seems that everyone else has interpreted this as a true admission on his part so I’m curious if anyone else had the same thoughts I did. Or, if I’m totally off base tell me why!

After felina, this is my theory about what happened to Jesse.

I don’t care what Vince Gilligan said or whatever, this is just what I think. There is no way he doesn’t get caught driving out of the compound, and even if he does, he has no money and absolutely nowhere to go. He’ll get caught within days. Jesse was last known to be with Hank and Steve. Marie told the dea that most likely. And hank and Steve and Walt all went missing. So, it looks very much like Walt and Jesse made an escape and are in hiding together. They’d both be all over the national news and have manhunts for both of them.

So jesse would absolutely be caught and be sentenced to life in prison. And he would never be visited once by any member of his family. The only visitors he got were badger skinny Pete. Maybe not even them. But he would spend the rest of his life in prison and he would be content with that.

People say Jesse would spend the rest of his life on the run and I have to ask how? How the hell would that work? That is so utterly unrealistic it drives me crazy when people bring that up.

He’s mentally damaged beyond repair I believe and him serving a life sentence is deserved and it’s also the safest for him seeing as he’d otherwise end up a homeless man on the streets begging for spare change.

[SPOILERS] A question regarding Arya

Why do people have a problem with Arya beating Brienne in Sparing and the idea of Arya being more experienced in fighting now? Like first of all Brienne and Arya were just Sparing so obviously Brienne is not going to be too hard on her, and secondly Arya was trained by the FM for who knows how long in that montage and in order for characters to develop they have to grow. Meaning there skills will grow too.

I don't see how Arya having all these skills bothers people.

The ABQ storyline is pretty contrived (Spoilers)

Love this show, currently on a second viewing of the series after finishing Better Call Saul.

It kind of bothers me how contrived the entire Jane/Jesse/Walt storyline is. First Walt randomly runs into Jane's dad at a bar right before going over and finding her OD'd. Then her father gets so distraught by her death that it leads to an airplane collision (which by itself is incredibly unlikely), but the collision happens right above Walt's head to the point where cargo from the plane fell into his backyard. I understand that the crash symbolizes all of the destruction created by Walt's actions, but even for a fictional story the odds of any of those things happening especially back to back to back are absurdly, distractingly low.

[SPOILERS] Is the Great war just a Godly duel between the many faced God and the Red God? Is Arya the unlikely hero?

Going into season 8 it appears we have two sets of champions left whether they know this or not. Team Fire 🔥 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 Davos Jon Red Woman Daenerys Mormount Tyrion Dondarrion Sandor And anyone who follows the Dragon Queen are unwittingly or knowingly on team Burn Everyone Alive. Team Death 💀 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 Arya Bran Sansa Brienne Pod The North The Wildlings And anyone who follows the North are unwittingly or knowingly on team keep the em’ dead.

The red priestesses appear to be leading everyone down a campaign of raising the dead to life by burning others alive or in other words stealing deaths from the many faced god. Obviously they can’t be good. Anyone following the lord of Light is helping them succeed.

The faceless men appear to be sending anyone; man, woman or child to the many faced god aka death. Their motives appear to be to keep the natural order of things. “All men must die” and presumably stay TF dead.

What if the entire show ends with the whole war and whoever side all the different leagues of champions are on is really a grudge match between the Gods? The many faced god keeps getting his deaths stolen from him every time someone is raised from the dead. R’hllor wants to steal death from one and give life to another.

The wildcards are Cersei and Varys

These are just some quick thoughts about what’s going to happen 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Jon will die again and probably by Arya’s dagger. It probably will be a mercy kill. Jon already said to the red woman not to bring him back again and at this point it’s unclear if she, Davos or any of the characters actually brought him back or if he’s the 13th commander of lore. We haven’t seen a single scene depicting Arya’s reaction to the army of the dead and her view of Jon being raised from the dead. We know she witnessed Dondarrions last resurrection when she watched the trial by combat between Beric and the Hound. She says to Beric afterwards very straight forward that Death is her one true God.

Sansa may end up be the Queen of Westeros after Cersei is killed in some epic death scene. Two thoughts on this. Either poetically by Jaimie or viciously by Arya.

Daenerys will probably die saving Jon.

Tyrion knows more than he’s letting on. The way he looks at her cabin is very telling. Not to mention he and Varys have already had more than one discussion about undermining Daenerys independence and how they are actively seeking to control her.

I think Bran knows that Arya has some larger end game role. He hands her the dagger with a strange look on his face. He can’t see the future but we know he can see the past. Everything that’s happened before is happening again.

Where the Night King may actually be Bran. Arya may be Death incarnate. Who will defeat who?

Anyway these are just some random thoughts 💭

Any confirmation on whether or not ftwd season 5 will have the same time jumps twd does?

Both of them I mean.

I only ask because of the fact they time jumped to get Morgan on fear so not sure if they’ll get both time jumps too. I always felt Morgan would one day return to twd but who knows...

[SPOILERS] The Spoils of War (S7E4) is one of the weirdest episodes of Game of Thrones

Yesterday I started watching Season Seven of Game of Thrones. I really liked Season 1-3, I still think that Season 4 is the best TV Season ever, I thought Season 5 was pretty good and I absolutely loved Season 6.

4 Episodes in Season 7, I don't feel the same "vibe" I felt in the other Seasons. There's just something missing in it, I don't know.
The pacing and narration is so fast, that it's becoming annoying. I mean, look at Seasons 1-6. There are like 4 big battles (Blackwater, Watchers on Wall, Hardhome & Battle of the Bastards), each of them has been built up for really long and the pay-off delivers. Now, I get it, the battle between the Lannisters and Daenerys is the one true big battle (outside of the White Walkers). But why is there an action scene and battle in nearly every episode? I have no investment if the Battles are coming so rapidly. For instance, The Reason Blackwater was so great, was because there was no battle for 18 episodes, and it was a great pay-off.

The weirdest episode for me is "The Spoils of War". In general I feel like Season 7 is moving so quickly, that all the different character meetings slowly lose their uniqueness. And then, again a battle. Random Dothraki and a Dragon attacking the Lannisters.

But what I found weird about that battle is that the show runners actually wanted ME, to root for Daenerys.

How can I root for the primitive random Dothraki or a fuck'n Dragon, when I've got to love Bronn & Jaime for over 6 Seasons?
Am I the only one who hates dragons? For me it takes all the great things about a battle; it's like hey, let's do this one sided and let the dragon destroy everything. How am I supposed to root for "the good" guys, if they're completely random people and animals, when "the bad" guys are far more likable and even the underdogs?

I don't know about you guys, but Season 7 has some really great fan service, but feels completely disappointing for me, and does not bring out the same feelings as the other Seasons.

References

I'm watching BB for a 2nd time and I feel like there are a lot of references thrown around that I don't get (mostly by Saul) which I feel would be great to understand in order to get more out of the conversations in the show. Do any of them come to mind or would you have any suggestions about how I could find out more context?

Why don't Mike and Jimmy don't address each other by their names?

So I get that they don't know each other that long but I find it weird that they never say each others names. They just say "you". we know from the episode where Mike calls Jimmy's office when francesca takes the call that Jimmy knows Mikes full name. And mike knows Jimmy's full name from the card. And in breaking bad they say each others names all the time. So at some point we have to hear Mike say "Jimmy" or at least "James". Because it's getting weird.

Edit: Yes title I know sorry.

Why is "I caught my second wife screwing my stepdad" such a problem?

I've read a number of times fans and writers on the show worrying about how to make the line " "I caught my second wife screwing my stepdad" from BB (S3E4) work with the timeline of BCS. Why can't Jimmy/Saul just have been saying that because it sounds harsh? Maybe someone else said that to him at some point and he thought it was a good line. Saul's known to exaggerate and stretch the truth, so why is this line a problem?

Theories for Series 8

I never realised Game of Thrones was a brilliant incredibly written long going violent, dramatic series until accidentally watching the series 7 "Beyond the Wall" showing. All these years I thought it was a game show and just ignored it. I almost fell off my sofa when watching the beyond the wall episode! I had never seen such brilliant suspense, dramatic and violent realism before and was mesmorised. So I downloaded the entire series and have watched it twice. I also follow the great theories from fans and they are very impressive. Its well written, the acting supurb and the cinematography - CGI, top class... on the whole. Not really Tolkien, too many mistakes and the occasional bad CGI but still I also have my theory for series 8. Firstly though some things just don't make logical sense. Battle of Blackwater Bay - seams common knowledge among Kingslandings Royalty that the mad King was said to have put barrels of wild fire everywhere under Kingslanding, incl.. Flea bottom. This was confirmed later when the Sept was blown to bits. Cersie knew of this rumour as did her brothers. So why get the piro mancers too make 1000,s of pots when one look in the cellar under the sept were hundreds of barells? Tyrion was angry with her for the pots that their storage could lay the place in ruins. Keeping this in mind it's been mentioned many times during the entire series and probably going to be used when they lure the army of the dead into town. There will be no Iron Throne as the whole place will blow to bits. Next is why the Bravosi Dancing master was in Kingslanding.? Why was J, Hagar? What was he doing so far away from the House of Black and White? Were they one and the same person? And while on this subject did Arya stab Merin in his eyes? She likes her "list" to see her when she kills. When she goes back to the House she is made blind.... J'Hagar, who previously said outside Harran Hall to Arya that he was dead is odd as only the night before Arya had named him. Illogical? Then there is the partner at the House, the girl who Arya kills but its made clear that her eyes were plucked out during the process. J, Hagar makes Arya blind for killing Merin. Was it really Merin or Forel? Whatever it is very clever or badly written. When Danerys turns up at Qarth and the gates are opened the 1st thing I noticed (I work as an Art Direktör), is either the sea or a huge river. Bad CGI but still doesn't make sense. If there is a river or sea then where does it go. Can't build a wall around it. So taking all into account I think there will be no Iron Throne.
Throughout the entire series there are only two who can see into the future. Rickon, who should have zigzaged, and the witch who Cersie saw when she was a kid. Rickon mysteriously lost his gift(bad writing), and the witch has been forgotten. Brandon could easily answer many questions if Arya asked him about Jam Hagah, the girl and the fate of Forel but she doesn't. More bad writing. I would ask these things just as Hagar said to Arya outside Harrenhall " after everything you have seen this is your question? ", he thinks like any normal person would. When she knows Bran can answer them she just doesn't bother. More bad writing?. Game of thrones is intriguing, Tyrions speech in Court was Oscar winning had this been a movie. Maybe the writer or rewriters haven't been on the ball. Tolkien he is definitely miles away from. Too much. It's good, but as a newcomer I see it differently from the die hard fans. (The Walking Dead series went too far and turned ridiculous. Maybe this is why HBO are cutting the time span of 8. The army of the dead will walk through Winterfell, everyone will realise that if the Night King can plan ahead to get a dragon then ships should be a piece of cake. So everyone will work together to lure them to Kingslanding and Dragon fights and battles with dragon glass will keep us occupied until the entire army are blown to smitherines by Wild Fire. As for the rest, well that's just drama. Many stars will meet their demise in different ways, Melisandre, (strange that Davros never asked her "how? " when she said she could help them win the great war) . All she has done is fail to help anyone, other than killing Renly and bringing Snow back to the world. I think the last person, and most mysterious one is the Faceless man. Brandon will have to discover who he is and someone will have to kill him. There will be a Queen in the North. Dragon Queen will die, as will Cersie, Jamie will survive and end up at the Rock with Brianne "warden of the South" . The 3 eyed raven MUST learn everything about the past in order for the future to continue in the right DNA. The Faceless man is the biggest enigma, he can't rule, too dangerous so he, as said must go, that leaves Tarly, he will marry and take over his family home. Spider, witch and Davros will die. Sansa will be Queen of the north after Winterfell is rebuilt, again, she will marry the Hound. Tyrion will be King after the rebuilding of Kingslanding. John Snow will be a King and live at Dragonstone where he belongs. Who will he marry? Well can't be bothered to carry on. Just wait for 8 and all this will be proved wrong. Unless he happens upon Freys women, he could use her nose to fish.....

Does negan die in twd?

Glenn was easily my favorite character, and when negan killed him I hated him more than I hated anyone on that show. But as the show ran on, I started growing fonder to him, the way he fucks with people, his sense of humor, the way you never truly see sad emotions in him until it came to Carl. Hes became my favorite character which sucks because I'm pretty positive he dies and I just got over my favorite character being killed and was hoping negan would be a constant on the show.

Madison and Morgan

I feel like they killed off Madison because she would probably have had murdered Morgan's annoying all life is precious ass. And the way he tries to control Nick and Alicia telling them what to do and what to not do, oh boy Madison would have pulled a Troy on him. We know what happened to people who got near her kids. She's a mama bear. This is why the showrunners (More like clowns) killed her off because they wouldn't have worked together. And Gimple of course.

The letter ”A”

I just got thinking about how the letter “A” is used in TWD, and I have a theory! One of the quotes used by Ayn Rand and Aristotle: “A is A” Everything that exists has a specific nature. Each entity exists as something in particular and it has characteristics that are a part of what it is.

In narratives this objectivism, tells stories about characters, but the characters don’t change, a hero is a hero, and a villain is a villain. This might not fit into The Walking Dead, just Shane as an example. But instead the “A is A” stands for the group, even though it’s changing, it remains the constant of the series, with the ideologies growing with it.

Or am I just sounding ridiculous?

[SPOILERS] Did TSDF just released the first picture of....

...Lydia ? (the picture is from the filming of episode 8)

https://imgur.com/a/AlADHSE

From the looks of it to me it seems like Daryl leading an older Henry with Lydia and the dog. She got that long platinum blonde hair like I always imagined from the comics.

I got no problem with Daryl's look not being changed not even after the second time skip as long as his writing is better than in the last two seasons. But I would have liked to see a badass sleeveless one eyed freak next to Lydia like in the comics instead a new character who is also recasted.

I guess they are gonna use the dynamic between Daryl & Henry since he's the one who's saving the kid from Justin in the conflict on the bridge with the Saviors like we saw in the trailer. Would have been nice to see "uncle" Daryl& Carl since they were very close in the first 4 seasons but Gimple knew better...sigh.

A part of me hoped that they are gonna use Enid to connect with Lydia but looks like they are not gonna use that either. Hopefully the dog is gonna be more realistic than a tiger knowing who's the enemy in the middle of a crossfire.

Credit in the photo.

Mostly during season 2, then she vanished in season 3 to no one's dismay. Now she's just highly tolerated just for nostalgias sake.

Good for her and her actress though. Despite all buildup her character was having, which I suspected would've been big, being tossed out the window. I still think her new direction is still Superior to junaomaura and Al.

So I’m not sure if this had been discovered or not but I figured I’d throw my two cents in

I noticed that every time Walter was related to or had connections to someone in some way who he had killed or been a part of the killing he almost takes their traits over.

Before Walter strangles Krazy-8 in the basement he notices that Krazy-8 removes the crust from his sandwiches. Once Walter buys his own condo after getting kicked out by Skyler there are several scenes in which he is preparing himself lunch for the day and he begins to cut his crust off of his sandwiches as well.

In the scene where Gus murders the Mexican cartel, when he enters the restroom to throw up the alcohol he had consumed he places a towel on the ground to kneel on. In one of the episodes after it is revealed the Walter’s cancer is back there is a scene of him throwing up over his toilet in which he does the same with the towel.

And finally after witnessing Hanks death Walter changes his liquor order. If you watch previous episodes of water drinking whiskey he usually gets it with ice. However in the second to last episode when he is watching the television in the bar he orders a whiskey “neat” which means without ice. There are several scenes in which we can see that Hank drinks his without ice, and Walter usually drank his with ice, but following Hanks death he removed the ice.

I’m sorry that I don’t know the specific episode titles or anything this is something that I had just recently picked up on during my last rewatch of the show if there is anything else that I had missed please feel free to comment.

Gus killed Tómas to lure and kill Jesse

It's supposed to be obvious that Gus, the meticulous mastermind, was aware of his dealer's use of children. Perhaps in the beginning you could be forgiven for trusting his supposed ignorance, but as the show unfolds it becomes clear that there isn't a single aspect of the business he isn't in complete control over. He knew about Tómas, he knew and he didn't care.

Now, we know Gus was not fond of Jesse initially, so imagine his feelings toward him after being made aware of his plot to poison his dealers. The meeting where he arranged the handshake between the three of them was a facade to convince Walt he held no hostility toward Jesse, a fundamental aspect to the success of the plan.

Killing him outright would obviously ostracise Walt, but a situation where Jesse essentially killed himself would be reconcilable over time. I'm sure that in such a circumstance Gus would have offered Walt his sympathies as well as paid time off to grieve, and then ultimately the operation would have continued.

Tómas was the key to this. Killing the boy was the ultimate way to antagonise Jesse and lure him into his own murder.

Watch the scene again.

Jesse's about a hundred yards away when both dealers exit the car and put hands on their guns. They know he's coming. Mike (or another one of Gus's cronies) has alerted them from an onlooking vehicle somewhere on the scene. It was all premeditated and had Walt not intervened, it was certain to succeed.

Conveniently, this explains how Mike was able to intercept the bodies before the authorities arrived... He was waiting on the scene specifically for Jesse's.

The point I want to illustrate is that Gus (and Mike by extension) were not "good" characters, they were terrible people; worse than Walt in many ways. The difference is that everything's on the table with Walt, but with Gus you're required to read between the lines.

[SPOILERS] Evidence that Jon and Daenerys would always end up together.

I finished re-watching the whole series of Game of Thrones (as a distraction from the wait of season 8), and found a lot of evidence that Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen were on similar character arcs that were always leading toward each other. And not just that, but that maybe they are actually each a part of the Azor Ahai prophecy. This strictly show related. However, the show-runners of Game of Thrones have been told the ending of the series from the man himself, GRRM. So could this possibly be how the book is going to end???? Probably not, but you never know. These are also not my personal opinions. May include spelling and grammar mistakes. I'm not perfect, and some events may be slightly out of order. This was mainly for fun so read for enjoyment. I've broken down the evidence by season so (WARNING HEAVY SPOILERS FOR SEASONS 1-7):

Season 1:

Before the series begins:

  • Prince/Princess who was promised prophecy (PWWP).

- 1/2. Born amongst salt and smoke. This applies to Daenerys (Dany), as she was born on Dragonstone, a smoky island off the coast of King's Landing that was the original seat of Aegon the Conqueror and House Targaryen.

- 2/2. Born in sand amongst a bleeding star. This applies to Jon, as we find out in the finale of Season 6 that he was born in the desert region of Westeros called Dorne, while Sir Arthur Dayne's sword Dawn (forged from a falling star) sat beside him freshly covered in blood.

  • Had mother's who died during childbirth.

- Rhaella Targaryen died giving birth to Dany.

- Lyanna Stark died giving birth to Jon.

  • Were hidden at birth and raised in secret.

- Dany was moved from place to place as a child, along with her older brother Viserys, in order to avoid assassins sent by King Robert Baratheon.

- Jon was raised as the son of Ned Stark, in order to keep the secret that his parents are really Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark.

  • Can trace their lineage to the Mad king.

- Dany is his daughter.

- Jon is his grandson.

Series begins:

  • Leave their homes and join a new group.

- Dany (begrudgingly) agrees to marry Khal Drogo, the head of a very large Dothraki khalasar, and to join the Dothraki as the khalasar's version of a queen.

- Jon leaves his Stark home of Winterfell, and decides to join the Night's Watch, a group that defends the Wall from any threats beyond it.

  • Begin to thrive in their new groups.

- Dany forms a real love and partnership with Drogo, learns the Dothraki language, controls some of their customs and adopts their policies, gains confidence in her role, and grows stronger, even standing up to her abusive brother.

- Jon proves that he is much more skilled than any other new recruit, begins training the new recruits, and is named the steward to the Lord Commander himself, Jeor Mormont. This sets up Jon to be a strong candidate for the next Lord Commander.

  • Form a valuable friendship.

- Dany with Ser Jorah Mormont as a sell-sword/bodyguard from Westeros.

- Jon with Samwell Tarly, a smart but naive recruit and Jon's first friend in the Night's Watch.

  • Survive a near-death experience.

- Dany is almost poisoned by a wine merchant, but is luckily saved by Ser Jorah.

- Jon stops a white that attacks him and his direwolf Ghost inside a Night's Watch tower. This marks the first appearance of a white inside the Wall.

  • Say goodbye to two people close to them.

- Dany loses Viserys and Khal Drogo. After multiple offenses to both Dany and the Dothraki, Khal Drogo pours molten gold onto the head of her brother Viserys, killing him instantly. Then, Drogo suffers from an infected cut and the blood-magic of a scorned witch, which leads to his death.

- Jon receives news that Ned Stark, his "father", has been beheaded in King's Landing. Then, his "uncle" who is also in the Night's Watch, Benjen Stark, goes missing during a ranging mission. Benjen is presumed dead, and is not seen again until the end of Season 7 as a half-white.

  • Given powerful weapons.

- In the Season 1 finale, Dany manages to hatch three baby dragons from petrified eggs, by climbing into Drogo's funeral pyre. Creatures who were thought to have been extinct for over one-hundred years.

- Jon, receives a Valyrian steel sword from Jeor Mormont after saving his life from the white. Valyrian steel is the strongest and lightest steel in the world, and only a few swords remain in the Seven-Kingdoms.

  • Start journeys of Fire and Ice.

- Dany, after hatching her dragons, takes her remaining khalasar into the hot, desert terrain, to find a place to keep them safe and plan her next move towards retaking her home and all of Westeros.

- Jon, and his fellow Night's Watch members start a journey to the icy, cold, deep-north, in order to find out what has been happening beyond the wall. Rumors swirl of white-walker sightings, and of the largest wild-ling army to ever exist.

Season 2:

  • Trekking through a wasteland.

- Season 2 begins with Dany, and her weather-torn group, looking for shelter from the fierce heat and fire of the Red Waste.

- Jon, and his weather-torn group, are looking for reports of the largest wildling army to ever exist. As well as suitable shelter to escape the fierce ice and cold.

  • Enjoy their new roles.

- Dany begins to come into her own as leader of her khalasar. The shy girl from the first season is almost gone.

- Jon also begins to come into his own as a Night's Watch member. He's volunteering for duties, teaching new recruits, and no longer carrying a chip on his shoulder.

  • Opposite sex advances.

- When Dany makes it to the end of the Red Waste, she is invited into a city called Qarth. Within Qarth thirteen members make up a council that together rule the city. One member is man known as Xaro Xhoan Daxos, or the Spice King. Daxos proposes marriage to Dany many times, and every time he is rejected.

- While Jon is on a scouting mission, he comes across a few wild-lings. One is a female named Ygritte, who Jon takes captive. While captive, Ygritte makes many sexual advances toward Jon, and every time she is rejected.

  • Taken captive.

- While a guest within Qarth, warlocks use magic and betrayal to steal Dany's dragons and lure her into their tower of a hideout. Once within the tower and past her visions (will discuss next), she is put into chains by the warlocks. She manages to escape by having her three dragons burn the warlock in front of her.

- While Jon has Ygritte captive, she manages to escape, lure Jon into an ambush, and take him as her prisoner.

  • Gain knowledge from enemies.

- When Dany first enters the warlocks' tower, she begins to have visions. One is of King's Landing , only it's ruined and covered in snowy ash. (Possibly foreshadowing the series finale?????) After Dany escapes the visions and is put into chains, the warlocks' explain to tell her that her dragons are the source of the warlock's restored magic. Meaning it's possible her dragons brought magic back into the world.

- Jon and his group come to a house known as Craster's Keep, belonging to a man known for housing the Night's Watch north of the Wall. Jon comes to find out that Craster marries all his daughter's, they have his children, and the cycle repeats. If that wasn't bad enough, he then finds out Craster has been giving all of his son's to the White-Walkers (WW), as a sacrifice so they would leave him in peace.

  • Make a bold decision and head into the unknown.

- After getting revenge on those within Qarth who plotted to steal her dragons and potentially harm her, Dany decides to take the now deceased Spice King's ships deeper into Essos towards Astapor and Slaver's Bay. This decision is bold because Dany doesn't know much about Essos and it's lands, and also it's the opposite direction of Westeros and the Iron Throne, Dany's ultimate goal.

- Now that Jon is a wild-ling captive, he makes the choice to go undercover and infiltrate the supposed "largest wild-ling army ever", by killing a fellow Night's Watchmen, Qhorin Half-Hand (Qhorin's idea). By doing so, the wild-lings believe he is a true deserter of the Night's Watch, keeping his cover for now.

Season 3:

  • Pretend to be naive and but up a powerful bluff.

- Once is Astapor, Dany meets a slaver who frequently insults her in Valyrian. Little does he know Valyrian is Dany's native tongue, and Dany uses this to her advantage. Dany strikes up a bargain with the slaver: one dragon for eight-thousand Unsullied soldiers. Some of the fiercest warriors in the world. Dany is told by many not to make the deal, as a dragon is too powerful, but she is confident in her decision. When the time comes to make the deal, Dany commands one of her dragons to kill the slave-master, and takes the Unsullied for her own.

- Meanwhile in the deep North, Jon is under watch by the wild-lings, as few truly believe he has left the Night's Watch. His bluff is working, for now.

  • Overcome a large obstacle.

- After Astapor, Dany sets her sights on the city of Yunkai. The Yunkai send sell-swords named the Second Sons to fight Dany's army, and one in particular named Daario Naharis to kill Dany. Daario decides to instead join Dany, and with his help, Dany's army conquers Yunkai.

- As a wild-ling, Jon and a small group are tasked with climbing the Wall itself. After almost falling on the way up, Jon survives the climb, largely with the help of Ygritte.

  • Intimate relationships.

- Dany feels an initial attraction to Daario, and although they don't officially hook-up until Season 4, they form a "friends-with-benefits" relationship. Her first since the death of Drogo at the end of Season 1.

- After the thrill of conquering the Wall, Jon and Ygritte start an intimate relationship, but this one becomes serious. They form a relationship based on real love.

  • Begin to become true leaders.

- Dany has now conquered and liberated two cities. She has three dragons, an army, and thousands of former slaves following her. The freed slaves have even taken to calling her "mhysa", which means Mother. She is becoming a queen.

- After escaping the wild-ling camp, and taking multiple arrows from Ygritte and his way out, Jon makes it back to the Wall and Castle Black. The first time in two seasons. He is now battle-tested, knows the wild-lings, and is ready to become a leader when his men need him most.

Season 4:

  • Fight for a moral high-ground.

- Dany has now conquered two cities in Slaver's Bay, and makes her way towards a third, the city of Meereen. After approaching the city, and having Daario Naharis defeat Meereen's champion outside the city gates, Dany launches the collars of all the slaves she has already freed into the city. This sends a message that she is done with slavery, and anyone who joins her will never again be put into chains.

- Now that Jon has returned to The Wall, he is immediately faced with a problem. While Jon was undercover with the wild-lings, the Night's Watch party he began with were attacked by whites. The surviving men went to Craster's Keep, and while there, led a mutiny that resulted in Craster's death. As well as the death of their own Lord Commander, Jeor Mormont. Jon volunteers to take down the mutiny on the moral obligation to get revenge for his Lord Commander, but also because Jon grossly exaggerated the numbers of the Night's Watch. If the wild-lings make it to Crater's Keep and find out the real numbers, the wild-lings would attack the Wall and easily take it.

  • Answer injustice with justice.

- Dany dispatches her Unsullied to infiltrate Meereen, start a slave revolt, and then open the city gates for the rest of her army. The plan works, and the city is hers. She then has 163 Great Masters killed, in response to the 163 children that were killed and strung-up along the path from Yunkai to Meereen.

- As mentioned above, Jon is on the way to put down the mutiny at Craster's. And as much as this was done to make sure the Night's Watch members there don't tell any wild-lings their true numbers, this was also done to get justice for Jeor. Jeor made Jon his steward, gifted him a Valyrian steel sword, mentored him like a father, and helped him grow into a man and a leader. Jon wants to avenge Jeor, and get some kind of justice against his fellow Night's Watch members that killed their own leader.

  • Forced to cage their beasts.

- While in Meereen, a shepherd brings Dany the bones of his daughter, who was accidentally killed by her largest Dragon, Drogon. In response, Dany agrees to cage her dragons under the Great Pyramid of Meereen. She isn't able to catch Drogon, so only her other two dragons, Rhaegal and Viserion, are successfully caged.

- While putting down the mutiny at Craster's Keep, Jon reunites with his direwolf Ghost, who he had not seen since being capture by wild-lings in Season 2. But once he returns to Castle Black, he is ordered by Alliser Thorne, a high-raking member of the Watch that also hates Jon, to cage Ghost. Or risk it becoming food for the men.

Season 5:

  • Tempted by lineage.

- Meereen is growing chaotic. Former slaves and masters are constantly fighting, and a secret organization known as the Sons of the Harpy are killing Unsullied soldiers. One such Harpy is found, and Dany at first wants the man executed. Her adviser, Ser Barristan Selmy, argues the man should have a trial. He then warns her of how her father, the Mad-King, acted. He went for execution over trial, and soon lost himself inside his own murderous desires.

- After the remaining wild-ling army was smashed by Lord Stannis Baratheon, the younger brother of former King Robert and technically the true king of Westeros , Stannis takes refuge at Castle Black. While there he makes Jon an offer, join him and rise as Jon Stark, Lord of Winterfell. After some consideration, Jon declines, stating he made a vow to the Night's Watch.

  • Granted official titles.

- In order to keep the piece in Meereen, Dany agrees to marry a noble from one of the city's most well-known houses, Hizdahr zo Loraq. Through this marriage, she is officially the Queen of Meereen, to those who already saw her this way and to the nobles who refused her claim.

- At Castle Black, it's now time to elect a new Lord Commander. At first, Alliser Thorne is the clear favorite and seems to have the election locked up. But then Samwell Tarly gives a passionate speech for Jon, and it's enough to sway his fellow men, leading Jon to become the 998th Lord Commander of the Night's Watch.

  • Working with different groups isn't easy.

- Meereen is still at odds. Former slaves hate former masters, and vice versa. One slave murders the man that Dany wanted to put on trial. To try and fix the situation, Dany has that slave publicly executed. The other former slaves immediately turn on her, and any masters preset. Neither group is any happier, and worst now Dany has lost members from the one group that was originally with her.

- Things at Castle Black aren't going so well. Lord Stannis expects his troops taken care of, and is even trying to recruit wild-lings to his cause, a move that upsets the Night's Watch. The Night's Watch want revenge against any remaining wild-lings. The wild-lings that survived want revenge against the Night's Watch. And members of the Night's Watch are growing uneasy with: their new Lord Commander, lack of men and supplies, and wild-lings and Stannis' men always around them. This comes to a blow when Janos Slynt, the man responsible for betraying New Stark back in Season 1, publicly refuses the orders given by Jon. Jon responds by publicly executing Slynt, a move that pleases some and angers others.

  • Working with the enemy.

- As mentioned above, Dany marries a noblemen in order to better unite Meereen. And she also agrees to re-open the fighting pits to freedman only, something she has constantly been against. This move is a way of showing the masters she can respect their old traditions. And during her fist visit to a fighting pit practice exhibition, she is given a gift, Tyrion Lannister. All Dany knows of house Lannister is that they played a role in casting out her family, so naturally Tyrion is first seen as an enemy. But after some discussion, Dany agrees to allow Tyrion to counsel her. His knowledge of ruling and of Westeros are of great value.

- Jon must also work with his enemies. The Wall needs more men, and one of Jon's duties is to ask the lords of Westeros to send anyone they can spare. This includes Roose Bolton, the current warden of the North who betrayed the Starks and stole Winterfell. At first Jon refuses to send a letter to Roose, but is reminded the Night's Watch remains neutral. So he reluctantly asks. His next move is even bolder, he plans to allow the wild-lings to pass through the Wall and settle in the North as subjects of the Seven Kingdoms, or even let them join the Watch. Jon's idea is met with harsh criticism, but he points out that every single wildling left on the north side of the Wall will be killed, then resurrected, and then added to the White Walkers ever-growing army. Jon then leads a rescue mission to a place beyond-the-wall called Hardhome, in order to save wild-lings who were separated during Stannis' attack. The mission is a success, however; bringing even more wild-lings into Castle Black does not go over well with many of the Night's Watch.

  • Consequences of one's actions.

- Dany is in attendance at the official opening of the fighting pits. Lately things in Meereen have cooled down, and everyone has relaxed their guard. Suddenly, Sons of the Harpy reveal themselves on every level of the arena and begin slaughtering both masters and freedmen alike – Hizdahr included. The new found peace was simply a distraction for this main attack. Dany and her companions are pushed toward the center of the pit, and just when they look to be in trouble, Drogon swoops down, defends Dany, and then leaves with her to an unknown location. Her city is at war again, this time without its queen.

- The night Jon returns from Hardhome, his squire Olly comes and tells him one of the wild-lings knows of the whereabouts of his uncle Benjen Stark, who has been missing since Season 1. Jon goes down and follows Thorne to a gathering of his Watch brothers, only to find a sign marked "Traitor". Thorne, Olly, and other members of the Night's Watch begin to stab Jon, each saying "For the Watch". Jon siding with the wild-lings may have been the right decision, but men who have fought them all their lives did not seen it this way. Jon collapses and seemingly dies from his wounds, bleeding out onto the cold snow.

Season 6:

  • Both are reborn, new, and improved?

- After Drogon takes Dany away from Meereen, she is met by a massive Dothraki khalasar. She is taken prisoner, but once it's discovered she was married to a Khal, she is told she must join the Dosh Khalleen. A group of all the wives of fallen Khals. This doesn't sit well with Dany. All the Khals from across the land are gathered in their city Vaes Dothrak, and are deciding if Dany is allowed to join the Khalleen. Dany has another idea. She traps the Khals inside their meeting hut, sets the place on fire killing them all, and emerges reborn from fire once again as Daenerys Targaryen, the Unburnt.

- Jon was last seen bleeding out from his wounds delivered by his fellow Night's Watch members. The worst happens, and Jon dies. But Ser Davos isn't giving up. He enlists the help of the Red Witch Melisandre, to see if she can resurrect him. She is reluctant, but tries anyways. She preforms her spell, and it looks like it failed. But as everyone is leaving, Jon Snow opens his eyes, alive once again. His death also allows him to leave the Night's Watch, as his vows end now that he has died.

  • Revenge.

- As mentioned above, Dany kills all the former Khals. They took her prisoner, insulted her, would have raped her, abused her, and would have made her remain a Dosh Khalleen. Her revenge was swift and powerful.

- A newly resurrected Jon has to take care of some unfinished business. The Night's Watchmen who killed him had all been captured, and were to face justice. Jon offers Thorne, Olly, and two other men a chance for any last words, and then has all four publicly hung. Revenge is his, even if it isn't so sweet.

  • Form a new army.

- Once Dany burns all the Khals, she asks all the Dothraki to join her and her cause. They all agree, and suddenly Dany has a much larger force.

- Now that Jon is no longer apart of the Night's Watch, he isn't sure what to do. That changes when his "sister", Sansa Stark, arrives at Castle Black. She informs him that she ran from Winterfell, where she was married to the abusive Ramsay Bolton, and that his forces are looking for her. They eventually devise a plan to take back Winterfell, and defeat the Boltons. To do so, Jon and his allies ask any northern lords who haven't joined the Boltons to fight with him, as well as the wild-lings. Some agree, and an army is formed, but one smaller than they need.

  • Fight for their future.

- While Dany has been gone, Tyrion has ruled Meereen in her place. He's a good ruler, but not as threatening as "the mother of dragons". So finally, all the slavers from Slaver's Bay begin an assault on Meereen. Just then, Dany and Drogon arrive and ready for battle. With a newly freed Rhaegal and Viserion, Dany and her three dragons begin burning the Slaver's fleet. They quickly begin retreating, but a message must be sent, so Dany has 2/3 of the former high-masters executed, and tells the third to spread the tale of what happened here. Of what happened when slavery tried to return to Meereen.

- Jon, and his out-numbered men, get ready to battle the Bolton's army for control of the North. They have a plan to make up for their lack of men, but that goes away once Ramsay releases Jon's youngest "brother" Rickon and has him run across the battlefield, while he shoots arrows at him. Jon makes it feet away from Rickon, right before an arrow hits and kills him. Enraged, Jon attacks the whole army, and his men follow. The battle is fierce, but it seems Ramsay has led Jon into a trap. Right when hope is lost, Sansa comes in with the Knights of the Vale and smash Ramsay's forces. Jon follows a fleeing Ramsay to Winterfell, and proceeds to beat the living crap out of Ramsay. The battle is won, and once again Starks rule Winterfell.

  • Begin a new chapter, stronger than ever.

- Now that the slavers have been put down, ships and soldiers are plentiful, and the dragons are battle-ready, Dany is ready to set sail for Westeros. She has three dragons, and Unsullied army, a Dothraki horde, and alliances with both House Tyrell and Martell, two old and respected houses in Westeros. A new chapter begins, one that finally has Dany in Westeros!

- With the battle won the North is safe, and a Stark once again holds the North and Winterfell. Now they must figure out what's next. A lot of powerful, northern houses have been hurt in the constant warfare, and someone needs to lead. Lyanna Mormont, the new leader of House Mormont, stands and makes a case for Jon Snow. Although he's a Snow, he's still a Stark, and for the most part a Stark has always ruled the North. This fact, and Jon's proven merit, sway the other lords in attendance, and soon chants of "the White Wolf" and "King of the North" are shouted by almost everyone. Jon hesitantly, accepts the honor, out of duty and not for personal glory. A new chapter begins, and from a bastard to King of the North!

Season 7:

  • Plan for the future.

- Now in Westeros, Dany plans to fight for the Iron Throne, and the Lannisters are her target. With all her strength at the ready, she and her advisers plan for war.

- Now as King of the North, Jon has more responsibility than ever. But the biggest threat is still that beyond the Wall, the WWs. Jon begins planning his tactics, one of which is convincing those in Westeros that the threat is even real.

  • End of similarities, because the meeting is here!

- Dany is advised to invite Jon to Dragonstone, as he is gaining quite a reputation.

- Jon agrees and he and Davos make the journey.

- Jon arrives, and Fire and Ice are officially united!!!!!!!!!!

- Instantly the contrasts in styles are on full display. Dany is aggressive and more power-hungry (fire), while Jon is relaxed and focused on the bigger threat (ice).

Over the course of the rest of the season, their bond grows stronger. And finally, in the season finale, they hook up for the first time. This sets the stage for a wedding, and maybe even a child in Season 8.

That's all! A lot of info, but after seeing all their similarities it seems very much like Dany and Jon are the embodiment of Fire and Ice. I'm not sure how the book with deal with the Azor Ahai prophecy, but it seems like the show is simplifying it, and making Dany and Jon each a half of the prophecy. It works, and who knows this could all be right, or completely wrong. Just my interpretation of the material. Thanks for the read!

Obligatory “Just finished the series” post

Wow. Just wow. I can’t believe I slept on this show for so long. I scrolled past it everyday on netflix without ever giving it a chance but boy am I glad I finally did. What a fucking rollercoaster that was. Leading up to the finale, I thought there was no way possible they could give this a good ending without ruining it, but there was no better way I would’ve ended it (besides Walt surviving).

It’s funny, i’ve lurked this sub and saw some peoples opinions on the characters, and I dont really seem to fit in with most. I absolutely hated Hank, Skyler and Marie. I started off liking Jesse but grew to dislike him and his choices. No matter how evil he may have been, Walt is still my #1. He was a true badass who didn’t take no for an answer. Also, I cant help but feel bad for Walt Jr. His dad was barely around, and and Flynn was left out of the loop on everything until Hank died, in which in a span of 30 minutes he found out his dad is a king pin drug dealer, finds out his uncle is dead, and then witnesses his mom attack his dad with a knife and is forced to call the police on him. It’s honestly really sad.

Sorry if this post is all over the place, I just finished the show 10 minutes ago and I needed somewhere to let it all out!

Blue eyes, blue shirt, blue fork and blue bowl and even blue drink to antagonise one of our main characters, bet you won't guess the scene!

So I paused BrBa to do some Reddit stuff and came back to the paused scene and noticed all the blue mentioned in the title.

I'll take a pic and give you 24 hours before I reveal unless someone gets the answer.

Damn each time on each of my re-watches I see new shit ;-)

Very Minor Character Possibly Returning? [Spoilers]

On IMDB the actor Eric Steinig is credited as having seven appearances this season as a character named “Nick”. For those who don’t know, Eric Steinig has been in two Breaking Bad episodes “Problem Dog” and “Bug”. In both he played one of Mike/Gus’ background goons, but in Bug he is the guy who gets shot in the head by a cartel sniper in front of Jesse. Could we be lookin at a Chris Mara situation, where they take a minor background character and give him a name? It’d be kind of interesting to see these small goons from B.B. reappear. He could also be cast as a new character for all we know, I’m just hoping he’s the same guy

BCS Rewatch - S3E6 (Off Brand) Discussion Thread

Discuss whatever you want below. All BrBa and BCS spoilers are allowed.

In case you can't watch today and want a refresher, plot:

Kim makes her closing argument before the New Mexico Bar Association, arguing that Jimmy has made good contributions to society through his elder law practice. She further argues that Jimmy had cared for his brother. Meanwhile, Rebecca takes a taxi to Chuck's house, but a devastated Chuck does not answer the door. The state bar rules to suspend Jimmy's law license for a year.

While Jimmy and Kim celebrate the verdict at Wexler-McGill, Rebecca drops by the office, hoping to get Jimmy to have Chuck open his door. He refuses to get involved, and when Rebecca says that Jimmy lied to her about wanting to help Chuck, he coldly says that he told the truth about Chuck having problems and needing her help and that's all he wanted to say. Rebecca says Chuck is Jimmy's brother and Jimmy says "Not anymore, he's not." Rebecca angrily says Chuck was right about Jimmy and leaves after bitterly telling him and Kim to "enjoy your champagne". Jimmy isn't moved by this but Kim looks upset.

Mike accompanies Stacey to a church support group, where she talks about how she and Kaylee are dealing with Matt's death. Outside, Stacey tells Mike that she has volunteered him to help build a playground, recounting a story Matt told her about helping Mike pour concrete for his garage. Meanwhile, Chuck reluctantly lets Howard into the house. Howard says the bar hearing was a success and tries to dissuade Chuck from further pursuing Jimmy, saying Jimmy is not worth any more of his time or effort. Chuck seemingly agrees and toasts with Howard to new beginnings. After Howard leaves, Chuck removes the battery from his tape recorder and clutches it.

Jimmy and Francesca call all of his clients to inform them of his one-year "sabbatical". Realizing that he cannot air new commercials while under suspension, Jimmy rushes to contact a local TV station to pull it off the air. Because he pulled out of his station's contract early, Jimmy is out $4,000 and must figure out what to do with his remaining television commercial slots.

Jimmy approaches the owners of a carpet store, pitching to shoot a commercial for their business on a cheap budget and broadcast for free. The owners briefly consider the offer, but balk when Jimmy explains that he has to shoot the commercial after 15 minutes. When Jimmy informs Joey's film crew of the news, he is struck with inspiration after the make-up artist suggests that he shoot a commercial for himself. Jimmy and the film crew drive to the TV station to shoot an impromptu ad in front of nearby antennas and satellite dishes.

At the Los Pollos Hermanos chicken farm, a truck arrives to drop off restaurant supplies, after which Victor and Tyrus take out several bags of cocaine. They bring it to Nacho and Arturo but when the former takes six bags instead of five, Victor pulls a gun to his head. When Nacho explains that Hector is expecting six, Tyrus calls Gus by cell phone, who says to give it to him. Gus is revealed to be inspecting an industrial laundry facility that is for sale. After browsing the place, he steps into a car driven by Lydia Rodarte-Quayle and tells her that "it could work".

Wearing his space blanket, Chuck struggles to walk through the brightly lit downtown Albuquerque, hoping to use a payphone to contact Dr. Cruz, but is told to leave a message.

Back at the restaurant, Nacho tells Hector about his encounter with Gus's men. Hector tells Nacho that he plans to use his father's upholstery shop as a new front business. However, Nacho refuses, telling Hector that his father is a simple man. When he learns that Tuco knifed an inmate, Hector is outraged and gets into a coughing fit, spilling his medication before leaving. Nacho notices a pill on the floor and hides it.

At Kim's place, Jimmy explains his new business plan: to air a "commercial for commercials," offering the services of himself and his film crew to shoot ads for small businesses and putting them on the remaining airtime in his contract from the TV station. Jimmy shows Kim a videotape of the tacky commercial, in which he wears a disguise and uses the name "Saul Goodman". Kim, taken aback, notes that Saul has "a lot of energy", but Jimmy says that it's "just a name".

Alright, get talking!

Make Fear Great Again #MFGA

Seriously, how would you salvage this mess if it suddenly landed in your lap and you had to fix it?

I would:

Resurrect Madison. No dead body? She's still alive.

The focus is on Madison, Alicia and Strand. Morgan can either stay as a supporting character or go back to TWD, I don't care. Keep the cowboy. June dies. Al can stay, she doesn't annoy me too much. Same goes for Luciana.

Bring back Taqa, Crazy Dog and Daniel Salazar.

Then it might feel like the show we used to enjoy.

Just noticed during a rewatch that Todd is the reason Uncle Jack leaves Walt a barrel.

After Hank is killed and Jack's gang digs up the money, you can see Todd talking to his uncle while Walt lies on the ground. Jack gives Todd a pat on the cheek and then orders his guys to leave a barrel in Walt's car. This generosity always seemed kind of surprising to me, but with him telling Walt how much Todd respects him and how he would never forgive him if things had to "go another way", it makes more sense. I always assumed that line was just about Todd convincing Jack not to kill Mr. White, but I'm pretty confident that Todd requested or pleaded with his uncle to leave Walt some of his money.

If this is true, then ultimately Todd is the one who makes Walt's revenge possible. Had he not convinced Jack to leave him a couple million, Walt never would have made it into hiding, survived or been able to fund his payback.

Kim Dickens and Jenna Elfman feud

Is it true that Kim and Jenna kinda of have a feud? I've read somewhere that Kim unfollowed Jenna on Instagram because Jenna was making it look like she's the replacement for Kim and there was a debate among the fans on how the show is ageists to have fired a woman in her 50s and immediately Jenna made a Instagram post thanking AMC for hiring her a 47 year old woman and that it feels good to tell the story in the perspective of a woman, not a girl.https://www.instagram.com/p/Bj909UhF1qA/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1sp3rk8ih4kf7 (here is the link of the POST) anyone know??

This really is a tough question. What‘s the most iconic Game of Thrones shot, of any season and episode.

Some that come to my mind.

Jon Snow unsheathing his sword with the cavalry attacking him (Battle of the Bastards)

Daenerys naked with three baby dragons (Fire and Blood)

Joffreys face while dying (The Lion and The Rose)

Littlefinger betraying Ned Stark (You Win or you Die)

Robb Starks‘ look of disbelieve (The Rains of Castamere)

The Night King „resurrecting“ his army (Hardhome)

FTWD renewed for Season 5!

https://www.instagram.com/p/Bl3PR8Dl9Be/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1lt1ph37xuyid

Confirmation comes from this^ article posted by the @thewalkingdead Instagram page, I believe that’s the Skybound and not the AMC one though.

Anyway, Season 4 has been... hmm, so far, and although I love Morgan I am beginning to grow tired of his on/off seeing/losing people/knowing what “it” is - that, along with the grayscale tone, makes me excited to see what changes Season 5 will probably bring. I’m picturing another time jump for it to coincide with Season 9/10 of the main show, and then a final collision of the two with Season 5 of Fear being the last.

Jimmy and Saul

We’re preparing ourselves for the transformation of Jimmy to Saul. What’re the major differences between these two characters?

One I can definitely point out is how blatantly corrupt Saul is vs. Jimmy being a bit more just and to the law. Obviously Jimmy has always been slightly corrupt as well but what’re your thoughts? Any deeper differences?

Question about Telltale Game Season?

I recently replayed Season 1 in which Brie ended up dying. While I was playing 400 Days one of the people at the truck stop mentioned Brie & Vernon with the boat. Is this just an oversight or a glitch? I would have though 400 Days would have worked off the decisions from Season 1, or are they completely separate?

Character episode standings: Jimmy has been in 66 episodes of the BB/BCS universe, Walter White in 62, and more

I decided to take a little time and figure out which Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul characters have been in the most episodes, combining both shows. Here's what I got:

66 Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman (36 BB, 30 BCS)

62 Walter White (62 BB)

62 Jesse Pinkman (62 BB)

61 Skyler White (61 BB)

53 Mike Ehrmantraut (25 BB, 28 BCS)

53 Walter White Jr. (53 BB)

51 Hank Schrader (51 BB)

50 Marie Schrader (50 BB)

31 Gus Fring (24 BB, 7 BCS)

18 Hector Salamanca (8 BB, 10 BCS)

7 Tuco Salamanca (4 BB, 3 BCS)

If Mike is in all 10 episodes of Season 4, he'll move into second place, ahead of Walt and Jesse and behind only Jimmy/Saul. Also, I was surprised to realize that Tuco has only been in seven episodes of the whole universe. He has such an outsized presence in my mind that I thought of him as a much bigger character than that.

Thoughts on that new controversial character

Does anyone else like Princess? Most of the reactions I've seen have been almost uniformly negative but I like her. She's kind of silly but I think I prefer that over her being another hardened survivor. People say she's unrealistic but in the context of the series with Negan and Michonne she doesn't require that much suspension of disbelief imo.

Trial and Error: Don't miss out

This is a fantastic show, and incredibly funny. The humour is morbid and erratic and it works really well. The first season was good but man the second season has been even better. Unfortunately the ratings aren't great and I'm afraid it may not get renewed for another season, which it completely deserves. So please don't miss out on this gem, it's some of the easiest and most original TV shows you can pick up right now to watch.

[spoilers] My 'A' theory and Rick leaving

Andy Lincoln in a recent interview said that the topic of Rick leaving came up with him and Gimple during the middle of season 4. Then, at the end of S4, you see Rick going into train cart marked A. You also see the Termites marking Gabriel's church where Rick is, A.

Sam giving the 'A' stamp to Rick... And I might be missing some more A nods, but that's what I remember off the top of my head.

But the biggest clue is that we see in the trailer that the HELICOPTER is marked with an A.

I know this has been theorized by many. But I think this really solidifies the theory to me. Rick will be hurt or in a coma and the Helicopter folks are going to take them to wherever they are staying.

Furthermore this would be a great way to start another spinoff like Gimple was talking about and maybe they could film it in Europe and Andy can have short term role similar to Morgan in Fear and then they finally end Rick's story, or maybe in a couple years when they finish this current TWD, Rick can come back like Carrell did in The Office.

THE NEW WORLD IS GOING TO NEED RICK GRIMES.

I Watched the show 5 years ago and really enjoyed it, so I made a self challenge to not watch anything related to the show until 4 or 5 years later, now I just remember some major scenes and names and deaths but only 3 or 4 but no details at all it's like I'm watching it for the first time except unfortunately I remember how it ends.

Will Jimmy be questioned? (Spoilers)

When jimmy stormed into Chuck’s house and destroyed the tape recording, he screamed something like - “I will burn this place to the ground!”

Keep in mind Hamlin and the private investigator were both witnesses to this outcry ...

Do you think this will surface in season 4? Will jimmy be questioned? Am I reading too much into this?

S9 Deaths Predictions/Contest

-Hi, So I was thinking what if we do an S9 deaths predictions for this season and when the season is over, we can compare the deaths with the predictions and see who got the most corrects. Ok, just write the character name, how do you think they will die and why. Also, if you think the characters is 100% dying, write them in bold and if not sure, just leave it normal, and last but not least don't include really minor extras like Bob Miller or the Sanctuary workers.

Anyways, here is my list:

- Ken: Devoured by Walkers in Museum run. He's the typical new character that dies in a premiere.
- Marco: Devoured by Walkers in Museum run. He also may die in the premiere.
- Gregory: Hanged after trying to kill Maggie. He needs to go this season.
- Justin: Killed by Daryl. He seems to be a co-leader (next to Jed) of the rebellious Saviors and from his description, he doesn't care about working with the other communities (like Comic Sherry) and Daryl seems to hate him, so he needs to die so only the good Saviors can remain.
- Jed: Killed by either Carol or Daryl/Devoured by Walkers. He seems to be a co-leader (next to Justin) of the rebellious Saviors and from his description, he doesn't care about working with the other communities (like Comic Sherry) and he is seen menacing Carol, so he needs to die so only the good Saviors can remain.
- D.J: Killed along with rogue Saviors. He needs to die so only the good Saviors can remain.
- Norris: Killed along with rogue Saviors. He needs to die so only the good Saviors can remain.
- Rick Grimes: Death related to a horde in a sacrifice manner. Andy confirmed he's leaving and I already wrote a theory.
- Scott: Stabbed by Whisperers. He dies from blood loss. Comic Spoiler: In the Comics, Jesus first encounters with the Whisperers results in the deaths of some of his patrolling squad, so I think the show can remix that and have Scott to die.
- Nabila: Decapitated by Alpha. She is gonna be Jerry's girl and I think that if Zeke gets spared of his Comic death, then Jerry's development can come from losing his girl.
- Henry/Rachel: Decapitated by Alpha. If the rumors of a second Time Jump are truth, then I think he is gonna get recast and in that case, there won't be a dilemma about having "a kid" decapitated, and in the Comics, Alpha also decapitated a teen. If he gets spared, then maybe Oceanside brat, Rachel.
- Regina/Arat: Decapitated by Alpha. I really don't know if she will be redeemed and stay in line or if she will join the rogue Saviors, but something tells me she may have changed. If not and she is killed with the other Saviors, then I think Arat may get this death.
- Tammy Rose: Decapitated by Alpha. I think they casted Brett Butler so this character can get more "expanded and developed" and the death can be shocking.
- Luke/Kelly: Decapitated by Alpha. I hope that the casting of Dan Fogler means he can stay and outlive his counterpart, in that case, then I think Kelly can get his place, which could develop Connie. Although something tells me that they casted Dan, so they could make Luke like a Jerry 2.0, so in that way, Jerry is spared and Luke dies.
- Barbara: Decapitated by Alpha. We need a familiar face from Alexandria.
- Kal/Eduardo: Decapitated by Alpha. I think Kal was spared last season for a reason, so he can get this death. But, if he gets spared again, then boi Eduardo is the unlucky one.
- Amber/Tanya/Frankie: Decapitated by Alpha. Amber can get her comic death, but maybe they can change her for one of the other two wives since Tanya and Frankie are more recognizable per say.
- Kathy/Beatrice: Decapitated by Alpha. We need a familiar face from Oceanside, so they can get development.
- Oscar: Decapitated by Alpha. We need a familiar face from Hilltop.
- Tara/Rosita: Decapitated by Alpha. Rosita is definitely super different from her counterpart, as she actually has gotten development, so that makes me hopefully that she can avoid her Comic fate, which if she does, then I think Tara can get her death (I'm not a Tara hater, just in case) which I think would be heartbreaking and a hard blow to some of the core group that are close to her like Rosita, Eugene, Daryl.
- Zeke/Gabriel: Decapitated by Alpha. I think either of those two will be shocking and heartbreaking to the group too.
