I never realised Game of Thrones was a brilliant incredibly written long going violent, dramatic series until accidentally watching the series 7 "Beyond the Wall" showing. All these years I thought it was a game show and just ignored it. I almost fell off my sofa when watching the beyond the wall episode! I had never seen such brilliant suspense, dramatic and violent realism before and was mesmorised. So I downloaded the entire series and have watched it twice. I also follow the great theories from fans and they are very impressive. Its well written, the acting supurb and the cinematography - CGI, top class... on the whole. Not really Tolkien, too many mistakes and the occasional bad CGI but still I also have my theory for series 8. Firstly though some things just don't make logical sense. Battle of Blackwater Bay - seams common knowledge among Kingslandings Royalty that the mad King was said to have put barrels of wild fire everywhere under Kingslanding, incl.. Flea bottom. This was confirmed later when the Sept was blown to bits. Cersie knew of this rumour as did her brothers. So why get the piro mancers too make 1000,s of pots when one look in the cellar under the sept were hundreds of barells? Tyrion was angry with her for the pots that their storage could lay the place in ruins. Keeping this in mind it's been mentioned many times during the entire series and probably going to be used when they lure the army of the dead into town. There will be no Iron Throne as the whole place will blow to bits. Next is why the Bravosi Dancing master was in Kingslanding.? Why was J, Hagar? What was he doing so far away from the House of Black and White? Were they one and the same person? And while on this subject did Arya stab Merin in his eyes? She likes her "list" to see her when she kills. When she goes back to the House she is made blind.... J'Hagar, who previously said outside Harran Hall to Arya that he was dead is odd as only the night before Arya had named him. Illogical? Then there is the partner at the House, the girl who Arya kills but its made clear that her eyes were plucked out during the process. J, Hagar makes Arya blind for killing Merin. Was it really Merin or Forel? Whatever it is very clever or badly written. When Danerys turns up at Qarth and the gates are opened the 1st thing I noticed (I work as an Art Direktör), is either the sea or a huge river. Bad CGI but still doesn't make sense. If there is a river or sea then where does it go. Can't build a wall around it. So taking all into account I think there will be no Iron Throne.
Throughout the entire series there are only two who can see into the future. Rickon, who should have zigzaged, and the witch who Cersie saw when she was a kid. Rickon mysteriously lost his gift(bad writing), and the witch has been forgotten. Brandon could easily answer many questions if Arya asked him about Jam Hagah, the girl and the fate of Forel but she doesn't. More bad writing. I would ask these things just as Hagar said to Arya outside Harrenhall " after everything you have seen this is your question? ", he thinks like any normal person would. When she knows Bran can answer them she just doesn't bother. More bad writing?. Game of thrones is intriguing, Tyrions speech in Court was Oscar winning had this been a movie. Maybe the writer or rewriters haven't been on the ball. Tolkien he is definitely miles away from. Too much. It's good, but as a newcomer I see it differently from the die hard fans. (The Walking Dead series went too far and turned ridiculous. Maybe this is why HBO are cutting the time span of 8. The army of the dead will walk through Winterfell, everyone will realise that if the Night King can plan ahead to get a dragon then ships should be a piece of cake. So everyone will work together to lure them to Kingslanding and Dragon fights and battles with dragon glass will keep us occupied until the entire army are blown to smitherines by Wild Fire. As for the rest, well that's just drama. Many stars will meet their demise in different ways, Melisandre, (strange that Davros never asked her "how? " when she said she could help them win the great war) . All she has done is fail to help anyone, other than killing Renly and bringing Snow back to the world. I think the last person, and most mysterious one is the Faceless man. Brandon will have to discover who he is and someone will have to kill him. There will be a Queen in the North. Dragon Queen will die, as will Cersie, Jamie will survive and end up at the Rock with Brianne "warden of the South" . The 3 eyed raven MUST learn everything about the past in order for the future to continue in the right DNA. The Faceless man is the biggest enigma, he can't rule, too dangerous so he, as said must go, that leaves Tarly, he will marry and take over his family home. Spider, witch and Davros will die. Sansa will be Queen of the north after Winterfell is rebuilt, again, she will marry the Hound. Tyrion will be King after the rebuilding of Kingslanding. John Snow will be a King and live at Dragonstone where he belongs. Who will he marry? Well can't be bothered to carry on. Just wait for 8 and all this will be proved wrong. Unless he happens upon Freys women, he could use her nose to fish.....
