I'm also disheartened and disappointed with the Television Academy for the fact that Andrew Lincoln hasn't even been nominated for an Emmy and that this is going to be his last opportunity with TWD. I've held out hope for the last two seasons I've been watching live and was incredibly surprised that the Academy didn't even look in his direction for 7x1. Regardless of how it's executed by the writers, I have no doubt in my mind that Andrew Lincoln will give an absolutely killer final performance as Rick for 9x5 and will hopefully be noticed for it.
