What does Howard think of Jimmy after the events of SE E10?

Throughout the series, Howard has served as a minor antagonist for Jimmy and also Kim. After Jimmy finds the sandpiper case, Howard gets Jimmy his job at David and Main. He is visibly annoyed, not fuming though, at Jimmy putting his reputation on the line.

However, after the bar hearing, in S3E9, Howard calls Jimmy 'pathetic' after wanting sandpiper to settle. This is a major decrease in his opinion of Jimmy from after the Davis and Main debacle.

After Chuck 'betrays' the firm, this exchange takes place:

Well, I I-I don't even know I-In what world is that anything but the deepest betrayal of everything we worked so hard to accomplish? In what world is that anything but the deepest betrayal of our friendship?

Do you think now Howard understands, obviously not forgives, Jimmy's action against his brother?

Also, of note, do you think Kim fully know the extent that Jimmy went to attempt Sandpiper to settle, and if so, why is still with him?
