What breaks my heart the most about the Season 3 finale

During the opening scene when they are out camping and Chuck is reading the book to Jimmy, Chuck is being so theatrical to try and get Jimmy involved with the story. The howl he lets out is so uncharacteristic from the way Chuck is as an adult, but it gives me a clue that he was probably way more relaxed, open and warm as a person when he was younger. It makes me think that a lot of Jimmy's "showmanship", the thing he is the most known for and makes him so likable, are probably traits he took after Chuck. I'm a younger brother myself and I can clearly recall taking after personality traits from watching my brother that he would later abandon as he got older, but I would hold on to them and develop further into my own thing, whether it be a weird sense of humor or a particular hobby or interest. That's what makes this relationship so heartbreaking and real to me, that Jimmy to a large extent probably is who he is now because he learned from watching Chuck, but with time they grew apart to the point where Chuck couldn't even pull off telling a joke in front of his wife, meanwhile Jimmy is off literally mirroring his same howl while conning people in alleyways, and Chuck would go on to resent Jimmy for becoming better at him at something he probably indirectly taught him.
