Some of my personal picks:
How I Met You Mother-"Bedtime Stories"- aka the rhyming episode. Just painfully unfunny.
Scrubs- while I HATE the musical episode (the only good thing to come out of that episode is a few episodes later when Turk's cell phone rings and his ringtone is "Guy Love"), the worst episode of the series to me is "His Story IV", with a character named Private Dancer and Elliot is revealed to be a die-hard Republican?!?
