If Westeros was Europe, which countries would you say are analogous to the Seven Kingdoms? This is what I came up with:
The North: Scotland mixed with Russian geography
The Westerlands: England
The Reach: France
Dorne: Spain
The Stormlands: Germany
The Vale: Switzerland
The Riverlands: Rhinelands(Belgium)
The Iron Islands: Norway mixed with Ireland?
Kings Landing: Rome/Vatican
Kind of like if Westeros was tilted 45 degrees
