I'm rather certain that Fear is more about how a group like the saviors come about, not so much good old boy n girls from farms and law enforcement.

I see all these posts about how X and Y are awful because of the choices they make or their intent. It's very clear that 1. this is not the walking dead and 2. It's not even the same arc type and that's why I love this shows style much more.
