That famous phrase by Gus, saying him and Walter hide in "plain sigh". I've been wondering. What are the advantages of that?
In my opinion they are quite simple: you cannot make big mistakes, but you can make more small mistakes.
Simply put: people won't be suspicious if you make something wrong, because they think they know you. Both Walter and Gus made a few of them. However if you make something really wrong, it will be a lot harder to fix.
