Am I far off in thinking that Walt and Jesse will be introduced by the end of the series and their scenes were already filmed years in advance?

I'm on episode 7 of season 3 so please no spoilers.

I mean I feel like Vince definitely knew from the jump where this show was going considering it's a prequel and he was probably working on it while working on BrBa.
