His perfect willingness to force Jesse to risk his life by seeing Walt in the plaza under threat of certain assassination in prison contrasts with Jesse's aversion to any death, even Lydia's. His pursuit of Heisenberg is as much about his manhood and later a personal sense of being wronged as it is about justice.
