I love the transition to Walt's complete 'evil-ness'.

Soon after Walt kills Gus, he thinks himself untouchable. Becoming the ultimate in the empire business due to Walt's sheer genius analyzing and solving situations, even if there were many ups and downs getting there. Mostly everything Walt does is for himself, and the complete transition of his character is so jarring and fun to watch.

All in the same episode, S5: E1 "Live Free or Die", Walt thinks so highly of his plans that he completely dismisses Mike, saying, "Because I said so" in response to Mike asking how they'd know if the magnet worked. Walt's always emitting an aura of threat to him, surely thinking others disposable to serve his needs. Walt also threatens Saul once he let's him go through a rant to think he's on top of the conversation, until Walt gets up with the look of death in his eyes and says, "We're done, when I say we're done". And in the ending scene, Walt very slowly and tensely hugs Skyler to tell her HE forgives HER.

Walt lets out his inner Heisenberg. Really captivating writing and acting, so hooked right now rewatching.
