I think Carol has forgiven Negan but kinda hates him and looks down on him. Daryl has also kinda forgiven him, kinda crazy after everything Negan did to him, but i think the reason Daryl has forgiven him is because he blames himself more than Negan for Glenn's death.
PS: I think it's kinda sweet that either Daryl or 'Most likely' Carol had hanged Negan's leather jacket over the chair in his cabin.
