I believe Hector will kill Chuck

I think Jimmy's specific description of Chuck's death might be a purposeful misdirection for what is really going to happen.

I think Hector ends up killing Chuck(purposefully or accidentally) due to a chain of shady events inadvertently set in motion by Jimmy.

Jimmy feels very guilty that Chuck ends up dying not due to his own health problems, but due to out-of-control events set in motion by Jimmy, proving Chuck right in a very unexpected way that Jimmy would ultimately be very sorry for his disregard for the law.

Mike finds out about this death from Jimmy and outraged that Hector has killed another civilian, tells Gus that Hector must die. Gus, recognizing Mike's talents and wanting to keep their partnership, suggests a compromise of a " serious accident" that will permanently take away Hector's ability to talk and walk. Mike agrees.

This chain of events will bring all these characters and the lawful and criminal worlds close together in a very personal way for Jimmy, forcing Jimmy to finally chose which world he's going to live in.
