In season 1 episode 4 when Walter reveals to everyone that he has cancer and Marie, Hank, Skyler and Walt are in the kitchen, Skyler says "How could they get away with this? We should hire a lawyer!" I thought maybe it could be a possible foreshadowing to Saul Goodman being Walter and Skyler's lawyer.
