I just saw the flash forward where he is closing up at Cinnabon at the mall, and gets locked inside that corridor with the trash dumpsters, and is so square now that he doesn't want to exit through fire exit for fear of setting off the alarm and having the police show up.
I'm really curious as to what these intros are leading up to! I know they're nice parallels to his wild and shady past...but I think they're leading to something. Perhaps a point where he is discovered by a past acquaintance or perhaps a return to conning people again.
